Working with people & my desire to make full use of my skills as a service professional, manager and relationship curator is the driving force behind my varied professional endeavours . During my tenure with Standard Bank, I held senior co-ordinating positions as well as frontline banking roles, achieving marked success in the service arena. In addition to being a service pro, I've managed teams in retail and recruitment. Managing professional relationships in recruitment and sustaining client-vendor confidence is key to developing long- term ,flourishing partnerships. My personal passions include fitness, beauty & fashion. I've had the privilege of working with inspirational women like Natalie du Toit ,Lorcia Cooper, Sandy Ngema, Bronwyn Roets & Margaret Hirsch as well as having the privilege of meeting the incomparable Richard Branson on one of his visits to SA . With a diverse background spanning banking, recruitment,management & business development , I consider myself an integrator, a creative and a problem-solver.
Having realized that central to success in any organisation is its bench-strength of engaged, high-performing employees, I invest my personal time furthering my long -held passion for mentorship and leadership and developing potential in myself & others.
