I grew to influence the Highest turnover store in the Brand, Gateway - Durban, & also various regions where the Brand is located. I have grown Leaders, Operations specialists, Product specialists & Top Stylists (Sales Reps). I have been a part of the Brands holistic decision making I.e Product allocation, Monthly/weekly trade strategies, National Merchandising roll outs & Talent Management.
