Retail experience has been gained both local and internationally, having worked in the United Kingdom and South Africa over the last 7 years. In addition, a strong academic, cultural and financial background exists having started in the planning division after completing B Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch.
In addition to the above, a strong technical understanding is evident relating to jewellery and accessories as well as a passion in the design and manufacturing side of these areas. In possession of excellent communication, presentation and decision-making skills with the ability to succinctly translate customer's needs and current trends into the most commercial merchandise ranges possible. Operates very well in a team and understands, values and cultivates team cohesion benefitting the business. Career aspirations are to become a senior or specialist buyer in retail.
