I have 5 years experience as an HR Generalist with a special interest in HRIS and Database systems. I am the South African contact that launched Workday in my current my company and I continue to be the point of contact to constantly improve the system and assist anyone with queries.
I can be best described as a perfect mixture of well-balanced contradictions. I'm extremely loyal to my company and brand but I embrace change with ease and speed. I take direction well yet try to innovate new ideas to increase efficiency within the organisation.
I believe that any large and growing company runs on thorough and updated data maintained by all departments. This allows the management of the organisation to know exactly what is happening in the parts of the business where direct line of sight is not always possible. In allowing company-wide transparency to the executive team and other leaders, strategic decisions can be made with more certainty and tracked more efficiently. That which is measured, will grow.
Above all, the Human Capital of an organisation are the most valuable assets of any company. They deserve as much care and respect as the brand itself. The company culture is therefore the heart of any organisation. By nurturing a healthy culture that grows its employees instead of using them to meet a bottom-line, any company can accelerate forward.
