My 15+years of project management experience has included the successful implementation of project programmes and portfolios within the NGO, Employee Community Involvement, Banking, Telecommunications, Web and Mobi Digital space.

Using PMBOK, Prince2 and Agile best practice I effectively tailor and design project models, processes and PMO's centres of excellence insuring that the required business benefits, goals and strategies are delivered within the agreed, cost, scope, time and quality baselines.

This has involved the management of in house and supplier project teams (using virtual team management) of between 5 to 50 direct reports and budgets ranging from 100K to 5 Million. The project teams have included various matrix structures and have been streamlined and setup according to the required skills and complexity of the project to be implemented.

In today's economy where companies are challenged to ensure that projects are delivered in line with their agreed strategies and goals, applying the correct project process will lead to a greater success of delivering the project and meeting the overall project deliverables. I am experienced enough to understand if the project requires a less formal approach or a fully integrated project management solution to manage the project life cycles and know the importance of communication and teamwork to ensure a successful delivery.
