Started in Post Production as a production coordinator, working with various Advertising Agencies and Commercial Directors on television campaigns for Unilever, SAB, Nando's, BMW, Toyota, First for Women, KFC, to name but a few. Skills attained here:

Moved on to become a Production Manager for Urban Brew Studios where I'm currently still employed. Worked on establishing a TV channel for Southern Sudan called SSTV where I assisted in training people in all aspects of TV making from writing scripts, to producing inserts, basic camera work, presenting & voice overs. Also worked on various shows mainly for SABC, ETV & KykNet.
Other roles and responsibilities I've fulfilled at UBS:
1. Operations & Logistics Planner (but also acted as Client Liaison): assisted in establishing a bigger external client base for the studios and post production facilities. Most of these jobs I project managed myself. This included jobs for MK Channel, Outsurance, SAB, DraftFCB and Javelin Productions who produces Nedbank's It's My Biz on ETV.
2. Production Controller: Assisting in the control of internal productions that UBS produces for SABC, DSTV & ETV. These duties include:
1. Overseeing & Monitoring production schedules, plans and budgets
2. Analyzing staffing requirements needed for various productions
3. Cost Breakdowns including internal cost reports like staff, overheads and internal facilities costs.
4. Compiling reports on various problems and assisting senior management with solutions.
