×I'm an experienced Retailer with great commercial and entrepreneurial acumen and over 15 years solid experience. I was responsible for a region with R90 million annual turnover with 5 Flagship stores and 120 staff in the area of my responsibility.
I have strong managerial, operational, project management and marketing abilities with a good understanding of the industry and related challenges. I have experience in P&L analysis, budgets, business planning, forecasting, stock and sales, marketing strategies and merchandising with an excellent calculus and analytical ability. I'm willing to travel and previously had stores in Namibia and Botswana.
Responsibilities included, store revamps, project management, staff management and recruitment, disciplinary enquiries and CCMA representation, human resources planning, delivering growth, maximising sales and profitability, providing my team with motivation, maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.
