What is Luckysters.com all about anyway?

Luckysters was founded on 1 September 2009 by Themba Sikhosana, as a weblog dedicated to obsessively profiling new competitions and giveaways. Our aim is to bring you the biggest competitions happening in South Africa, where you get to win awesome prizes. It is our vision to be the online authority when it comes to both online and offline competitions locally. Now you don't need to search the internet for interesting competitions because you have them aggregated in one place for your convenience.

Our content is sourced from various sources. The important thing to stress though is that all the competitions we blog about on this site are genuine and real. You will never find scams on this blog because we always confirm with the relevant parties prior to publishing competition details. Magazines, newspapers ,corporate websites, radio and TV stations are a few of the places we rely on to provide you with fresh and exciting competitions.

Themba Sikhosana — Founder & Editor

The blog is edited by Themba Sikhosana on a daily basis. He grew up in Standerton, a small town in the Mpumalanga province and later relocated to Johannesburg, where he studied for a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accountacy at the University of the Wiwatersrand. The motivation to start the blog resulted from the urge to share competitions he has heard about with his buddies.
