Loyalty programme analysis

A survey conducted by Arthur Goldstuck and Bruce Conradie for World Wide Worx in which eleven national loyalty programmes were analysed has shown that no single loyalty programme gives a full value offering to its members. In terms of cash value of rewards airline programmes led the field, namely that of namely British Airways Executive Club, SAA Voyager and the Virgin Atlantic flying club. In rewards choices and reward appeal the banks dominated - Bluebean, eBucks, American Express Membership Rewards and LeisureLink.
