As the weather heated up and the social calendars started filling up, ghd, leaders in the international hair beauty industry, launched the ghd style lounges, temporary salons in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Held during the start of the festive season the ghd style lounge offered the ultimate pre-party makeover.
Urban Angels received star treatment as a team of ghd stylists create the season's hottest hairstyles, and industry experts completed the look with make-up makeovers. Stylista's were indulged in decadent treats and champagne as they prepared to be the showstoppers at wherever the rest of the nights took them. Once the style transformation was complete visitors were led into a uniquely designed Newton Machine photo booth set up by top fashion week photographer Simon Deiner.
