Multimedia Designers – Junior to Senior | Max Media
Max Media is growing our creative team and we're looking for talented Multimedia Designers to join us.

We have opportunities across junior, midweight and senior levels, with a strong focus on motion graphics, video, digital and print design.
We’re looking for people with strong creative thinking, solid design fundamentals, a great eye and a passion for bringing ideas to life.
You’ll work across motion, video, digital, social and print, taking projects from concept and storyboard through to final execution.

Where you might fit.

Junior

• You have strong creative fundamentals, a great eye and are eager to learn and develop.

Midweight

• You can take a brief and independently develop and deliver polished creative work.

Senior

• You can take ownership from concept through to execution, develop the creative approach, solve problems and help raise the quality of the work around you.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong graphic design fundamentals – typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy
• A good understanding of motion design, animation and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Confidence across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
• The ability to develop concepts, visual styles and storyboards
• An understanding of how music and sound can enhance motion and video
• Confidence working across digital and prin
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines
• A curious, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Experience with 2.5D / 3D, coding / scripting or AI-assisted creative workflows is a bonus.
