Advertising industry unite to raise funds for CANSA
The extremely competitive advertising industry recently joined forces for a
whole month in an unusual display of camaraderie. The initiative was the
global annual Movember fundraising campaign by the CANSA Foundation to raise money for men's health.
Net#work BBDO CT took the initiative by rallying up the local industry
players and pitted their moustache growing abilities against each other,
raising thousands of rands.
To announce and honour the winners, Net#work CT hosted a Movember Mo'down
Party at the Kimberley Hotel in Cape Town. Winners were then selected by
independent judges from Movember South Africa.
