Disrupting advertising conventions: Grid launches global tourism destination campaign
Local Brand Specialist Agency, Grid Worldwide, creates a campaign for Qatar National Tourism Council to celebrate PSG Winter Training Camp in Doha. QNTC is the official Destination Sponsor for this world class team.
The big idea, Qurated for Performance, is anchored in the Global Campaign that was recently launched in December 2018.
The concept, Where the best get better is also the title of the TVC.
Launched on Qatar’s National Sport Day, 12 February 2019, the TVC features world class players such as Neymar, Thiago Silva, Gainluigi Buffon and Angel Di Maria training in extreme desert conditions, state of the art training and rehabilitation facilities and iconic tourist attraction, Khor Aldid (The Inland Sea).
The campaign was launched digitally on the Qatar National Tourism Social Media pages as well as CNN, on 13 February 2019.
