Corporate tax module, the solution for accurate tax returns
CQS has introduced a new module for the widely-used CaseWare Working Papers solution. The Corporate Tax Module automates corporate annual tax returns and submits them straight to the South African Revenue Services' eFiling service. The new module integrates with the financial statements in CaseWare to deliver the advantages of improved speed, accuracy and compliance.
The introduction of CaseWare's Corporate Tax Module allows accountants to more easily prepare, review and approve the annual tax return, confirms Ross Hampton, director at CQS Technology Holdings. "The ability to then submit the return electronically into SARS eFiling represents a major step forward in convenience, saving time and providing a seamless process for the execution and submission of this statutory requirement," he says.

"We have over 1300 clients nationwide; for all of them, the increased focus from SARS on broadening the tax net means a heightened focus on the necessity for accuracy.
