Thirst, after successfully tackling the initial stages at the tournament, then put together a package for the finals and semi-finals. Thirst was put in charge of EIGHTY suites at the stadium, as well as the “long” room and Standard Bank VIP area as well as the SAB box. The long room itself was packed with some of the world's most influential celebrities and businessmen as well as our own president, Jacob Zuma.
Thirst included in its line-up 150 staff members, consisting of management, bartenders, bar runners, shooter girls, DJ's and cocktail bars in the VIP areas.
Thirst's immaculate planning and management skills proved decisive over the weekend and once the final's prize-giving was over, the Thirst staff and management were showered with compliments, by guests, VIPs and event organisers.
Thirst proved that they are a force to be reckoned with in the bar industry and showed that no matter how big the event or the challenge, Thirst Bar Services are prepared and ready to tackle it head-on.
