Spark Group partners with Africa’s largest phone company, Transsion, to grow Tecno and Infinix reach

Transsion is the company behind Tecno and Infinix, two of the most widely used smartphone brands in Africa. It shipped 40.5 million smartphones on the continent in 2025, close to half of all smartphones sold in Africa, through an established distribution network that reaches millions of consumers. Spark Group's role is to complement that network by opening new points of access for businesses, institutions and communities that are not yet well served by traditional phone retail.
