Shopper survey shows Clicks in first place for Health, Beauty and Fragrance Outlets, Pharmaceutical Outlets
The annual Shopper Survey, now in its ninth year, is based on a standalone survey conducted by TNS, and designed to benefit retailers with annually updated insights into consumer sentiment.
Vikesh Ramsunder, Clicks COO, thanked shoppers for their continued support of the business and attributed the brand’s success to several aspects, one of which is the company’s long-standing loyalty programme, Clicks ClubCard, which he said supports their growth strategy and remains the overarching value proposition to customers. “Beyond the great prices, our customers stay because of the real and valuable rewards they get for shopping with us," explains Ramsunder.
