ABI appoints VWV as corporate communications agency
Amalgamated Beverage Industries (ABI), South Africa’s largest soft drink bottler and distributor and a member of the SABMiller plc group of companies, has appointed VWV as its corporate communications agency. The appointment became effective in March.
The agency has been tasked with revitalising the ABI brand internally and externally and VWV, together with its strategic partners RedRocket and PR Dynamics, will handle the development of the corporate brand strategy and the full spectrum of corporate communications. Broadly this includes revisiting the CI, developing appropriate communication platforms to reach all stakeholder groups, and the management of paradigms and practices that will reposition ABI as a world-class beverage company.
