Riot wins SACD account

Following a 4-way pitch RIOT has successfully added SACD to their client base. RIOT showed a thorough understanding of the freighting and supply chain industry and presented a strategy which exceeded the expectations of SACD. The brief called for a through-the-line campaign plus internal and external communications and research and a new corporate ID to reflect the companies' new image.

RIOT first conducted extensive research to establish the existing perception of SACD within the companies' key target audiences i.e. staff and clients. Research topics included pricing, competitor services, staff commitment and client satisfaction.

SACD opened in 1977 as the sole freighting company in South Africa and has since adapted its core focus within the supply chain industry to stay on top of the game.
