Requirements:

 

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related experience
• Knowledge in MFT and XML
• Good knowledge on Java, C++, MySQL and Oracle
• Experience with core AWS services
• Good background in Linux/Unix administration
• Experience working with an MFT
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
• Up to 8 years’ experience in development
• Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications preferential
• Domain knowledge in the financial sector would be advantageous

 

Responsibilities:

• System integration development based on internal and external stakeholder requirements
• Implementing software and maintaining core systems through approval by business product owners and business managers
• Conduct unit tests and modify code where applicable
• Draft user operating instructions coded in a chosen programming language
• Maintain existing software, ensuring all errors are resolved and documented
• Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, performance, and security
