What we’re looking for:
- A relevant degree (bonus points if you have it)
- Salesforce Certifications (show us those badges of honour) only a plus
- 8+ years Java development experience
- 2 to 4 years of proven Salesforce Development experience
- Solid front- and back-end development skills across modern frameworks and technologies
- Deep experience with OmniScript, Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components
- Exposure to Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of at least two of:
- Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong grounding in DevOps & SDLC principles
- Ability to mentor, share knowledge, and elevate those around you
