Lead C# Developer

A leading financial services group is looking for a C# Team Lead to take charge of designing and developing enterprise-scale systems that power next-generation investment and wealth platforms across South Africa.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and mentor a skilled team of developers, architect scalable backend solutions, and help shape the technical strategy of one of the country’s most trusted financial brands.

This is a hands-on leadership position—you’ll be deep in the code while also setting direction, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-performance software. Working with modern .NET technologies, you’ll build systems that deliver measurable value to clients, advisors, and the broader business.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven success leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong architectural design and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for building secure, scalable, and efficient solutions in dynamic environments
