Two new staff appointments at iOpen Group

Akhona Bam has almost ten years working experience within the Recruitment Industry. She has held positions such as Business Development Executive, Branch Manager and National Key Account Manager.
Akhona began her recruitment career at PAG in 2000 where she progressed from a Recruitment Consultant to a Business Development Executive within her 4fouryear tenure. In 2004 Akhona relocated to the Eastern Cape to open up new branches for a recruitment company called Hola Recruitment. On completion of the project she returned to Johannesburg and recruited Senior Financial candidates for First Rand Bank on a contractual basis. 2006 saw Akhona joining Quest Flexible Staffing Solutions as a National Key Accounts Manager and later becoming a Business Development Manager.
Akhona was invited by International Womens Forum South Africa (IWFSA) in 2007 to embark on a leadership development program at Gibs, which she successfully completed.

Tracy-Lee Elser
Her career started in the graphic design industry over 23 years ago.
For the first 11 years Tracy's portfolio included design solutions across a large number of design
disciplines e.g. the advertising and investor relations arena.
The next 12 years she turned her focus to the digital medium, specifically the web as a developer
and designer.
