We are looking for research on how effective it is for clients to include telephone numbers in adverts. Do the listeners remember the telephone number and what percent respond?
The broadcast department of Walter Sisulu University are looking for research done in South Africa, on how effective it is for clients to have telephone numbers in radio adverts.
Do listeners remember the telephone numbers, particularly cell numbers? Do they respond to them? Also, how much more effective is it if the telephone number is sung as a jingle?
