HIV/Aids awareness event requires sponsorship

Mthembu Events is working in partnership with a local municipality to organise an HIV and AIDS event.

We require your assistance in order to provide the following items for the event:

*Information pamphlets and flyers (about 5 000 copies to be distributed) Sponsors will be able to advertise on the pamphlets and in the stadium.
*T-shirts and caps for volunteers (about 300 volunteers expected at the day of event)Sponsor's logos and company names will be printed on the items.
*Raising awareness in the community.
*Performers and guest speakers

We will appreciate your assistance and sponsorships in any form. We look forward to working with you in the effort to fight the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
