The Ixperience office is a group of independent entities, each a specialist in their own particular marketing field, all housed together in Unit 301 at The Foundry. There are three office areas available from 1 April.

We have three office areas of approximately 25m² available from 1 April. The rent of R2,650 (excl VAT) per month includes the following:
Office space – approximately 25m²
Reception, boardroom, kitchen and general office space
Reception and switchboard services
24 hour internet access – ADSL line
Electricity and water
Belugas two floors down

There is parking available in the building and on the street

The lease excludes:

Telephone costs: Each office has its own extension and calls are charged according to a phone management system.
R150 per month petty cash to cover cleaning, coffee, tea, site hosting etc.
