The Foundry is a sought-after A Grade building in Green Point. It has become an advertising, marketing and design hub and is home to agencies such as TBWA Fusion, Saatchis, etc.
The Ixperience office is a group of independent entities, each a specialist in their own particular marketing field, all housed together in Unit 301 at The Foundry. There are three office areas available from 1 April.

The lease excludes:
Telephone costs: Each office has its own extension and calls are charged according to a phone management system.
