Delivering the cream of property

Vered Estate's latest door-to-door marketing drop, conceived by advertising agency Guerrilla Marketing, was a good old-fashioned early morning delivery of fresh full cream milk - to the doorsteps hundreds of homeowners in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. The label read: "We have the cream. And we're delivering it to you. Our agents' combined wealth of knowledge, experience and property market insight makes them the greatest estate agent team in your area."
