Goldleaf to take legal action against Icasa
SNO bidder Goldleaf says that it is filing papers requesting the courts to urgently halt the SNO licensing process. This after Minister of Communications Dr Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri accepted Icasa's recommendation that neither Goldleaf nor Optis be awarded the 51% Strategic Equity Partner (SE) stake in the SNO. Goldleaf believes that the process leading to the recommendation was "fatally flawed".
