Collaborative efforts minimise technical outage at MSN.co.za
Yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, 27 January 2009, the MSN portal experienced a technical outage. Live teams from around the globe collectively pooled their resources to correct the issue, and immediately loaded a static home page as an interim solution. Habari Media, the local MSN representative, says it will ensure that all campaigns currently running are delivered in full, and that no advertiser will be charged for impressions that do not appear as a result of this technical problem. “Giving our audience a great MSN experience is our number one priority," comments Adrian Hewlett, MD of Habari Media, "and we will work tirelessly to assure that this never happens again."
