Empowering people across the digital divide

A youth-focussed internet-based project, e*telpal (www.etelpal.co.za), has been launched, which is centred on encouraging and promoting communication, education and the learning experience through technology. Using the internet, young South Africans have now the opportunity to find electronic "pen pals" and become part of the growing digital community.
