The Web portal for Internet banking facility, eBucks.com, had to be taken offline from Friday to Saturday morning, causing consternation among clients for whom Friday was payday. While some sources say that the site was down for routine maintenance, others say that the site was experiencing congestion problems due to an overwhelming response to its nationwide radio campaigns. A notice on the website on Friday also named the arrival of World Summit delegates as a contributary factor to the site being down.
