ICASA releases draft regulations for upcoming elections

ICASA has released its draft regulations on party elections broadcasts and political advertisements for the upcoming municipal elections on its website on Monday 22 November 2010. The authority invites all stakeholders to make written submissions on the draft regulations by the date prescribed in the regulations. To intensify this consultative process, the authority will be conducting workshops throughout the country on the draft regulations, 22 November 2010 - 14 December 2010.
