ICASA public hearings on free-2-air services
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will hold public hearings on the 41 applications received for individual commercial free-to-air sound broadcasting services licences in the primary markets, following its call for applications. It invites all interested stakeholders and the media to the public hearings which will be held its offices in Block C, Pinmill Farm, 164 Katherine Street Sandton between 9am and 6pm daily. Western Cape applications will be heard 10-12 November, KwaZulu-Natal 15-18 November and Gauteng, 24-26 November 2010.
