International speakers for business tourism conference

At the business tourism conference preceding next year's Meetings Africa exhibition at the Sandton Convention Centre, Dr Sheila Flannigan, head of hospitality management and tourism at the Institute of Technology in Dublin will focus on the development of business tourism in Europe and apply the lessons learnt to South Africa. Tony Rogers, CEO of the British Association of Conference Destinations, will discuss the partnership role of destination marketing organisations in marketing venues for conferences, conventions and business events.
