New president to further D&AD aims globally
Tony Davidson, the joint executive creative director of Wieden+Kennedy London who was formally elected D&AD president at the Board of Trustees meeting in London recently, outlined in his inaugural speech how he intends to promote the charity's work internationally. "D&AD is respected globally for both its professional and student awards. I want to help strengthen those global connections and build the profile of all of its education programmes," said Davidson.
