Lynette Oelschig new CEO of Red & Yellow

The marketing, advertising and communications school, Red & Yellow, has appointed marketing and communications veteran Lynette Oelschig to head up the school and drive its growth strategy. The previous MD, Diane Charton will be moving into a full-time lecturing role at the school to fulfil her passion for educating.

Oelschig brings more than 24 years of pan-African marketing, strategic communications and management experience to the role.

Her role will be to oversee the expansion of the school, with near-term plans to open a Johannesburg campus and longer-term plans to grow into other African countries. She will also lead the company's strategy to grow its set of digital learning offerings and to create hybrid-learning experiences that blend the best of digital and classroom learning.
