Leady Lady does well at the box-office, beating rom-com records
Leading Lady, a South African romcom created by writer, director and producer, Henk Pretorius and producer, Llewelynn Greeff, earned R1.368m at the South African box office this weekend, pushing the film to the third most popular film during a competitive week.
According to Ster-Kinekor, its opening weekend was even bigger than the popular romantic comedy Semi-Soet, making it one of the biggest South African romantic comedy openings yet.
