OPA, WASA settling differences
The new Website Association of South Africa (WASA) has removed the Nielsen//Netratings data from its website in compliance with the Online Publishers Association (OPA)'s request. “The OPA will continue to work towards building a healthy and sustainable online industry through the use of a credible third-party audience measurement system, which allows sites to be compared on an objective, like for like basis,” the OPA said in a statement this morning, Thursday, 28 February 2008.
