Capital Moloko to house Reuben's Restaurant and Bar in Joburg
The Capital Moloko hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg will be undergoing a soft renovation, which will include an update to its exteriors, carpeting, and soft furnishings; it is expected to be completed by the end of August 2018. The soft renovation will also involve a total overhaul of its restaurant and catering amenities.
The hotel will also be welcoming Chef Reuben Riffel as he will be opening his first Johannesburg-based Reuben's Restaurant and Bar on the premises. Riffel will assist with redesigning and revamping conference menus to appeal to the venue's clientele.
