e-waste 3D printer campaign launched in West Africa
In an aim to bring the W.Afate 3D printers made out of e-waste to the 3D Print Show in New York, WoeLab in West Africa has launched a new campaign on the European crowd-funding site ululue.com. (video)

According to the article, the inventor, Afate Gnikou, "wants his project to assist in cleaning up the e-waste that is choking entire neighbourhoods in some parts of West Africa while also bringing better technology within the reach of ordinary people."
