AFDA does it again!

FESPACO 2011

Three AFDA 2009 graduates will be flying to Ouagadougou for the 22nd Edition of the Panafrican Film & TV Festival (FESPACO), where they will represent AFDA and the films which they have written and directed. The films were selected and shortlisted for the official competition in the category.

The selected films were:

Away from Me
Homecoming
A Flight that Lost its Feathers

FESPACO 2011 takes place 26 February - 5 March 2011, with the theme "African cinema & market".

AFDA is a Private Higher Education Institution owned by Stadio Holdings, which offers Higher Certificate and Degree programmes that are registered by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
