The newly-launched Assisted Recovery Centre of Africa (ARCA) drug and alcohol rehabilitation and treatment centre, piloted by Dr Prakash Naidoo, has appointed Marlan Padayachee GreenGold Africa Communications as media strategist, publicist and photographer for a series of talks by internationally renowned expert Percy Menzies, Vice-President of the American Society of Drug and Alcohol Prevention, chairman and board member of the American Council on Alcoholism and founding President of the Assisted Recovery Centers of America, in Durban from 15-22 February 2010.
