The ideal candidate must bring a strong balance of craft, critical thinking, user empathy and he must be energised by the challenge of designing in complex, data-rich product environments
To be part of this team focused on connecting people to deals to enable them to collaborate and share information securely.
Requirements:
- Have four+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a product company or B2B SaaS environment
- Have designed tools that support complex business processes or data-intensive workflows
- You have deep knowledge and experience with design libraries and systems
- Proficient in Figma - Components, Auto-layout, Variable prototyping etc. As our core design tool, experience in Figma is important
- Bring deep experience collaborating with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—not just at the start or end
- Have experience driving the design contributions from the initial uncovering of customer problems, exploring potential solutions to working collaboratively with engineers to enable delivery and test assumptions
- Can demonstrate your design process and impact through relevant work examples, story-telling, or the like
