Patrick is a medical doctor passionate about public health. He completed a Master in Public Health from the University of Pretoria and worked for various local and international non-governmental organisations and research institutes. His areas of expertise are health systems research, health systems strengthening, technical assistance, health promotion and communication, implementation science and programme evaluation.
