I am an internationally qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, detox specialist and neurocognitive assessment specialist, with 7 years of experience. I have studied Nutrition, Metabolic function, Yoga, Pilates and Aerobics, neurocognitive functions, pressure point therapies, and more. I work with many online clients helping them achieve goals in Health, fitness, weight loss, toning, and muscle building.

Ignite Passion' is a program course to help motivate and inspire people to live a more fulfilled, positive life, and help change mindsets to improve every area of life.
The workshops are all NLP based (Neuro-Linguistic programming - re-wiring the brains thought process and patterns)

Typically, a weekend retreat would offer two workshops.
The first workshop is the Motivational / Mindset workshop
The first topic will be Designed to feel good + Controlling your destiny (Changing mindset, improving positivity, gratitude, appreciation and overcoming limiting beliefs)
The second topic will be Making changes and Taking action (Goal setting and steps on taking action)

The second workshop will be one based on Metabolism and body function. A clear explanation of exactly what your Metabolism is and what starts effecting it as you start to age and then the exact strategy to reverse this , Increase your metabolism again which will massively improve energy levels, immune system, fat burning and general health and well being. Each person will go home with a complimentary programme with simple steps on Increasing metabolism, digestion, a full eating + detox program and exercise guidelines

We do have social events in the evenings such as a dress up "The great Gatsby" evening for a bit of fun, and general socialising. Even though the retreat is based around health and wellness the point of it is more that everyone just really enjoys it and discovers more about who they are as a person and how to better their lives

Together with the workshops the weekends are filled with fun activities such as yoga, stretching and full body workout / movement classes. All of these are based around detoxifying, increasing endorphins (feel good hormone) and releasing stress + emotions

The weekend is a chance to relax, take a break, rejuvenate your mind and get yourself feeling better
Most often, spaces are limited to 15pax

The neurocognitive assessment program tests and assesses your brain activity using fun puzzles and workshop questionnaires to discover your weaknesses and strengths.
Our program may improve your thinking, memory, language, judgment, and the ability to learn new things.
Informative Neurocognitive Assessment of brain activities explains personality traits and tests strengths and weaknesses of the cognitive areas.
This neurocognitive assessment takes 50 - 60 minutes during which a band is attached to your head while you complete a questionnaire and battery of neuropsychological tasks presented as fun brain games.

Our neurocognitive assessment is made up of a screening questionnaire, and a general battery of digital tasks designed to measure the functioning of different cognitive areas, such as attention and concentration, perception, memory, executive function, and coordination, as well as physical, psychological, and social well-being.
