Office space in The Foundry to let - R2000 pm

You will be sharing offices with us, we are a web design company offering below-the-line digital services for South African and English clients to a very high standard, we have a relaxed and friendly office atmosphere that should benefit anyone operating in the creative industry.

Prices:

R2000 ex Vat / R2280 inc Vat per month for one person
Additional person would be an additional R500 ex Vat / 570 in Vat

The office is a spacious 62m², has high ceilings, has a big old wooden beam running overhead, wooden floors, and you will be sharing that with three other people.
The agreement excludes tea and coffee making materials, insurance, telephone line.

You will need one months deposit, with two months either side notice.
