Diageo SA staff members to do their bit for Mandela Day
To do their bit for Nelson Mandela Day, members of staff at Diageo SA dedicated their 67 minutes to build houses with Habitat for Humanity in Orange Farm and feeding the less fortunate with Meals on Wheels at the Thabo Mbeki settlement in Johannesburg.

KFC proves that it can make a difference on Mandela Day

The KFC head office in Johannesburg ran a can collection drive that led to the packing of 720 boxes of food for JAM; one of the 137 NGOs that Add Hope supports.

McDonald's opens its 250th store in partnership with franchisee
McDonald's recently opened its 250th store in partnership with one of its franchisees, Peter Moyanga, who also celebrated the opening of his ninth store. Moyanga was one of the very first McDonald's employees in South Africa, and is today, one of the company's 40 franchisees, building his business mainly in his hometown in the East Rand of Johannesburg, with expansion into the Gauteng and Mpumalanga provinces....
