Coca-Cola buys Valpre brand

Coca-Cola has bought Valpre, SA's leading bottled water brand, from SABMiller, boosting their share of the bottled water market from under 5% to about 45%. Coca-Cola is also buying the Just Juice brand. SABMiller is selling only the brands and will keep the factories where Valpre and Just Juice are produced.
