Minister of Communications distributes blankets in KwaZulu Natal

Following the successful launch of the Department's 'Operation Warmer Winter" Blanket Campaign in Gugulethu, Western Cape in June, and distribution of blankets in the Free State, North West and Gauteng, the Minister of Communications, Radhakrishna L. Padayachie (Roy) celebrated Nelson Mandela Day, by distributing blankets to the poor and destitute in KwaZulu Natal.
