gAL founder dies of heart attack
The founder of student website www.gAL.co.za, John Kuhn, has died after suffering a heart attack, aged 24. A qualified Law and International Relations student and an Oxford Rhodes Scholar, Kuhn founded gAL.co.za in 1999. In 2001, he won the Wits University's Jan Smuts Award for the best international relations student as well as Cosmopolitan magazine's "Future Mover and Shaker" award.
